Born on September 12, 1980, in Korosten city, Zhytomyr region, Ukraine.

Graduated from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Degree in International Relations with qualification as English Language Interpreter.

Has been serving in the diplomatic service of Ukraine since 2002:

2002–2005 — Specialist, Attaché, Third Secretary at the Consular Service Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

2005–2009 — Third and Second Secretary for Economic and Consular Affairs at the Embassy of Ukraine in the Kingdom of Norway.

2009–2015 — Second Secretary, First Secretary, Counselor, Head of the Visa Policy Division at the Consular Service Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

2015–2020 — Counselor at the Embassy of Ukraine to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Deputy Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the International Maritime Organization (IMO).

2020–2026 — Director of the Directorate General for Human Resources of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

Since May 2026 — Consul General of Ukraine in Houston.

Holds the diplomatic rank of Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Second Class.
